Lisa Mobus, Independent Designer with Home & Garden Party, Promoted to Half Carat Designer

Home & Garden Party, Ltd. is pleased to announce the promotion of Lisa Mobus from Gold Designer to Half Carat Designer on June 3, 2004. Ms. Mobus joined the company on February 9th, was promoted to Gold Designer on April 13th, and has continued to establish personalized action plans with individuals interested in being their own boss & deciding on when they want to work.

July 4, 2004 -- Home & Garden Party, Ltd. is pleased to announce the promotion of Lisa Mobus from Gold Designer to Half Carat Designer & Leader on June 3, 2004. Ms. Mobus joined the company on February 9, was promoted to Gold Designer on April 13 and has continued to establish personalized action plans with individuals interested in being their own boss & deciding on when they want to work. In less than six months, she was promoted to Half Carat Designer status with five recruits. As of this writing, Mobus has seven professional individuals on her team from different areas of the United States.

Contributing to Mobus' fast growth with the company is her voluntarily attendance at local, regional and national conferences and meetings, participation in conference call training opportunities with Home & Garden Party staff, and regular correspondence with her upline. Mobus states, "Home and Garden Party provides unique training opportunities to Independent Designers and it is up to us to take advantage of them. On a recent training call, a fellow Designer shared that you can not fail at anything unless you want to. The same is true for succeeding. If you want to succeed, and you put in the work to succeed, you will succeed."

Ms. Mobus' family has been actively supportive of her Home & Garden Party venture by organizing Designer information packets and preparing home party invitation mailings. "My family enjoys being involved in my business because it is fun and because they are aware of how rewarding it can be," says Mobus, who plans on earning enough points in a company trip contest to treat her parents to a weekend getaway or cruise as a thank you for their support.

Home and Garden Party is having a free starter kit promotion challenge for the month of July. Mobus comments, "The kit reimbursement opportunity is very exciting. It gives more individuals and families a chance to join because it is a risk-free promotion. Without the free kit offer, most people will earn their kit money back within their first few parties. Mobus will be joining her fellow Designers in Nashville, Tennessee on July 21 for Home and Garden Partys National Rally training event. I am very excited about attending my first National Rally with the company. After going to Hershey, Pennsylvania for Home and Garden Partys Spring Training Extravaganza in March, I came home with so many ideas to help develop my business. The training provided is excellent. It is duplicatable, which is key in a business where current leaders are training future leaders.
